The YK-D-15A hot runner temperature controller uses a single control card for independent control over a single temperature stage. Each control card is fully interchangeable.
Functions
The use of FUZZY PIDD control technology allows this equipment to adapt to different heating modes, even when there are no PID parameters set. This significantly improves the working efficiency.
An automatic ambient temperature linear compensation enhances the hot runner temperature controller's accuracy.
Automatic cold junction compensation prevents any errors caused by changes in the environmental temperature.
Temperature memory function: if the temperature controller is cut off while in a constant temperature condition, the temperature controller will alarm and automatically remember temperature parameters, then maintain the temperature to prevent production downtime loss caused by an open thermocouple.

Unique advantages
Alarm for wrong connections in the hot runner power lines and temperature controller lines. This is one of Yikai's patented technology pieces, ensuring customers can prevent production losses caused by a shorted thermocouple.
Alarm for neutral wire loss or incorrect connections of the neutral wire or live wire. The YK-D-15A hot runner temperature controller effectively eliminates economic losses caused by shorted temperature controllers.
