• Oil temperature control unit: The oil temperature control unit is designed to heat molds and maintain a constant temperature of up to 350℃. The oil temperature controller is used in a wide array of applications, such as injection molding, die-casting, rubber molding, blowing and extrusion of plastic materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industrial processes.
• Industrial chiller: cooling equipment for injection molding, extrusion molding, fiber laser welding, and ultraviolet curing
• Oil chiller: cooling the refrigerant oil and hydraulic oil in large machinery.
• Water or air cooled temperature control unit: maintaining a steady temperature in injection molding, extrusion, production lines and other machinery.
• Granulator: crushing plastic degraded materials, rejected plastic parts, waste plastic resin from injection molding, extrusion molding, and rubber molding
• Vacuum loader and conveying machine: transferring plastic pellets and regrinds from material source to hoppers or bins. The autoloaders are applicable in injection molding, plastic granulation, rubber molding, die casting, blow molding, and more.
• Other plastic processing auxiliary equipment: hydraulic power unit, air pressure amplifier, heavy duty connector, etc.
